Over 90 New Listings in 90 Days!

Little Rock, Arkansas (Grassroots Newswire) October 15, 2009 -- EXIT Realty Deaton Group agents were given a challenge back on July 15th, 2009, to obtain 90 new listings in the next 90 days. The agents responded! On the ending date of the promotion, October 12th, 2009, the agents from EXIT Realty Deaton group exceeding their goal by capturing 93 new listings in only 90 days.

"This promotion was a way to energize our agents and our markets, and proves that the housing market throughout Central Arkansas is not dead for those professional and knowledgeable agents who provide exceptional service and marketing tools for their sellers," states Scott Deaton, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Deaton Group in Little Rock, Arkansas. "Providing almost $1300.00 worth of prizes really made the agents start hitting the streets," continued Deaton.

All new listings were counted in the promotion, including Residential, Commercial, and Land. The promotion provided incentives for the agents with awards and prizes, but also provided incentives for sellers which included cruise vacation packages plus upgrades on marketing strategies. Each agent who received a new listing will be provided an entry into a drawing for $960.00

In addition to the group goal, each individual agent competed against the other agents to see who could achieve the highest number of new listings during the 90 days. Jeanie Corkins, who works the Pine Bluff area market, won the individual contest by achieving 17 new listings during the 90 days. The individual prize is $300.00.
