Kristin, a 17 yr veteran in the Real Estate industry has come to us as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and a Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource (SFR) agent as well as a home stager. Wayne, a graduate of California State University with a degree in Business Admin/Marketing came to the area in August 2006 and has always been interested in Real Estate. He became a licensed agent in August 2009. Collette, a new licensee, is ready to start her career with EXIT. She grew up in Pennsylvania, has 3 grown children and her 1^st grandchild on the way. She is excited about joining Exit Beach Realty and making Ormond By the Sea her home.
