Local EXIT Realty Broker/Owner Selected for 2010 LeadershipOAR

Tulsa, Oklahoma (Grassroots Newswire) 04/14/2010 -- Paula R. Romero, Broker/Owner of EXIT Unlimited Real Estate in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been selected to participate in the 2010 class of LeadershipOAR, a program of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS®.

LeadershipOAR is a year-long program which focuses on developing leadership in the real estate industry. The program consists of five retreats held in various locations across Oklahoma. Out of a large number of applications, only 13 participants have been chosen from across the state and represent a wide variety of specialties in the real estate industry. It is an honor for Romero to be selected for this class, which is designed to identify emerging REALTOR® leaders who possess the potential to participate in Association leadership; to empower those individuals to maximize their individual leadership potential; to encourage them to participate in Association leadership roles; and to incorporate them into Association leadership positions.
