EXIT Realty Town & Country hosted an annual educational and motivational seminar on December 2^nd. The day focused on Marketing Technology, Lending Trends, and Creating your own Reality. EXIT was honoured to host Dave Watt of EXIT Realty Advantage, a top producing REALTOR® from Fredericton, NB who in just 3 short years made the jump from bartending to Award Winning Sales. Also hosted was 25 yr veteran Debby Richardson of CIBC with an illuminating look at Credit Scores, and the changing impact of wide spread credit on the housing market and the ability of the average person to attain home ownership. Erica & Bill Nasby, renowned speakers and trainers throughout the US, Canada and Australia and authors of Creating your own Reality, joined via Skype from Vancouver BC and discussed the importance of Vision, Deliberate Intent, and Positive Self Talk. Your Digital Marketing Strategy, authored by Jeff Lobb out of New Jersey, delivered hands-on, usable solutions for today's real estate professional re internet presence, social networking and satisfying the consumer.
