Local Real Estate Agent Receives Rookie of the Year

Chillicothe, Ohio (Grassroots Newswire) 12-14-2010 - EXIT First Capital Realty’s Brian Rouch was recently awarded the Rookie of the Year at Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS Christmas Gala and Awards Ceremony.

"Rookie of the Year" is given to a new agent who has actively participated in Local, State, and National Assocation activities as well as active in the local community. Brian was a member of 2 Ohio Association of REALTORS® Committees this year. In addition, since Brian was licensed in February, 2010, he has earned a National Association of REALTORS® designation of SFR (Short Sales/Forclosure Resource), has been active in the Chillicothe Civic Theatre and a volunteer at Rock for Tots. Brian earlier this year was named "Tomorrow's Leader Today" by the Ohio Association of REALTORS. Brian has also booked over $800,000 in sales in his short career.
