Real Estate Statistics for La Verne, Claremont, and San Dimas

La Verne, CA (Grassroots Newswire) 1/6/2011 --According to the CRMLS, homes sales were up last year in La Verne and Claremont from 2009. San Dimas home sales dropped by two sales in 2010 compared to 2009. The average selling price for both La Verne and Claremont also went up last year compared to 2009, while San Dimas experienced a $15,000 drop.

What this means is that this little section of California is indeed starting to feel the stabilization that the California Association of Realtors projected would happen in 2010 and 2011. We are still working toward recovery but we have definitely starting to become steady. This is good news for sellers because some of them should be starting to finally get "above water" on their mortgages, but it is still a good time for buyers because buying right now will still show a good return on their investment.
