Tustin, CA (Grassroots Newswire) 02/09/2011 --Craig has been 23 years in residential lending including 21 as a mortgage consultant/principal with Residential First Mortgage and 2 years as a loan officer with World Savings. He took over the sales manager position at RFM in late 2009

They are a dirrect lender with Flagstar Bank being the prime lender they sell their loans to. They draw loan documents in their office where the funder also sits. This control combined with the fact that Flagstar is a fantastic lender, gives them the ability to release loan approval contigencies easily in 17 days and close in 30 days or less. They also handle conventional, jumbo and FHA loans. When necessary, they broker a loan to a lender instead of funding it in-house. (they fund about 80% of their loans in-house and broker about 20%).

Craig has personally funded over $692 million in morgages over the past 23 years including $34 million in 2009. He has never been involved in "subprime" mortgages nor relied heavily on "stated income" mortgages. Sticking to a core business of full documentation "A" paper borrowers has allowed him and his company not only to survive, but thrive through the Mortgage Crisis of 2008=2010.

Craig graduated in 1984 from the University of Souther California with a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting and his primary goal is to obtain the best financing available for a client.
