EXIT Realty West Triples Agent Count in First Year

Consumers are buying and selling Real Estate in todays market, creating the need for good agents in a stable career in this industry. It’s one thing to recruit agents, but teaching them how to run a successful business is a completely different. Once an agent becomes licensed in our office, I require that agent to present me with a business plan before they even begin. There is absolutely no substitute for a well-trained and highly motivated real estate agent. EXIT Realty West offers a 6 week apprenticeship to anyone unlicensed (Which is available to all Brokers as an Approved Supplier), who is interested in Real Estate and has not decided if becoming a licensed agent is right for them. The apprenticeship requires hands on tasks to be completed, and the ability to demonstrate the desire, and ambition needed to be a successful agent. At the end of the 6 weeks, the apprentice will have learned how to develop a realistic business plan, and will have decided whether or not to proceed in a career in real estate. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the apprentice becomes eligible for tuition reimbursement for licensing classes. Once licensed, agents are mentored by a top producing agent

Kristin Calendine is a college graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Education. Kristin has been creatively investing for over 20 years, with 10 years concentrated in the Real Estate Industry. She has been a licensed to sell real estate since 2004. This experience has allowed her to provide a wide range of services to those in our community, as well as all of Ohio.
