EXIT Realty West Hosting First Annual Ruwes Oak Neighborhood Block Party

Food, Fun, and Entertainment for All

Cincinnati, Ohio (Grassroots Newswire) 5/10/2011 --EXIT Realty West is hosting the “First Annual Ruwes Oak Block Party” to be held on Friday May 20^th from 2pm-7pm in the parking lot located at 6701 Ruwes Oak Dr. Cincinnati, OH 45248. Everyone is invited! There will be free hot dogs and free popcorn for everyone, until gone. Also Free Kona Ice Cones to the first 75 kids. “Our Real Estate office organized the block party to thank the local neighbors for all of their business and referrals. The other businesses in our shopping center (Marcos Pizza, Snap Fitness, and The Sports Depot) were invited to co host and sponsor this event with us, and they were more than willing to do so,” states Kristin Calendine, Broker of EXIT Realty West.”

A Split the Pot Corn Hole tournament will take place with Habitat for Humanity during the Block Party. Marissa Woodly, Development Director of Habitat for Humanity of Cincinnati, will be in attendance of this event. “We need to make more of a presence on the West side of Cincinnati, and are looking forward to “building” a partnership with Exit Realty locally,” Marissa stated. In addition to the Cornhole tournament, Habitat for Humanity will have a table set up with activities and give-a-ways. EXIT Realty has a long history with Habitat for Humanity and has been an enthusiastic corporate sponsor of several home builds with more planned for this year. A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund, and to-date $2 million has been pledged to Habitat for Humanity’s efforts across North America.
