EXIT Realty Florida Announces ‘Associate of the Month’

EXIT Real Estate Gallery Associate Recognized

Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Grassroots Newswire) June 15th, 2011 --EXIT Realty Florida recently introduced an award to recognize an ‘Associate of the Month’ on a monthly basis from any one of the EXIT Realty Florida offices across the State of Florida. The ‘Associate of the Month’ is selected by following a point system used to review Associate production based on specific criteria including the number of listings, pending contracts, closings, and introductions of new Associates into the EXIT system that each Associate has. All data is collected from EXIT’s Production Management Software and at the end of each Month the Associate with the highest point count is selected.

Vickie Layton of EXIT Real Estate Gallery in Jacksonville, FL, was recognized as the ‘Associate of the Month’ for the month of May. Layton’s hard work and commitment to EXIT and the surrounding communities has been influential in her ongoing success. Layton has established herself as a true leader since joining EXIT Real Estate Gallery in February 2008.
