The CHaFE 150 Mile Ride for Charity

Hamilton, MT (Grassroots Newswire) June 1, 2011 --Max Coleman, Regional Owner/Broker for EXIT Realty Montana and Regional Director for Idaho, South Dakota and Wyoming will be participating in the annual “CHaFE 150” bicycle ride for charity. The 150 mile route begins in Sandpoint, ID and inscribes a grand loop around the Cabinet Mountains into Montana and ends at the starting point. This beautiful but challenging ride is completed in one day!

The event raises money for the Panhandle Alliance for Education in support of “Ready! For Kindergarten,” an early childhood education program. This area of Idaho includes a large number of disadvantaged children. The contributions enable dozens of families to learn how to prepare their children for a great start in life by learning to read. Early literacy efforts have proved to be effective in dramatically increasing these children's chance of success.

“This is a terrific cause,” Max Coleman said. “Increasing literacy skills in children before kindergarten helps them gain vital confidence and a love of learning that will follow them through their years of education. I’m grateful to be able to assist these kids and their parents.”
