EXIT Realty Metroquest Broker Recognized
Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Grassroots Newswire) January 17, 2012 -- EXIT Realty Florida introduced an award to recognize a ‘Broker of the Month’ on a monthly basis from any one of the EXIT Realty Florida offices across the State of Florida. At EXIT, we understand that our brokers and associates are the foundation to the success of the entire Corporation. EXIT Realty Florida has implemented this recognition program to honor those EXIT Realty Florida brokers and associates who have gone above and beyond each month to excel in terms of production and providing top notch customer service.
The ‘Broker of the Month’ is selected by following a point system used to review broker and agent production based on specific criteria including the number of listings, pending contracts, closings, and the introduction of new agents into the EXIT system. All data is collected from EXIT’s proprietary software, MEMO, and at the end of each month the broker with the highest point count is selected.
Mohammed Siddiq of EXIT Metroquest Realty in Pembroke Pines, FL was recognized as the ‘Broker of the Month’ for the month of December. Siddiq’s hard work and commitment to EXIT and the surrounding communities has been influential to his ongoing success.
