Hero Home Source Benefits Our Heros

Broomfield/Westminster, CO (Grassroots Newswire) November 16, 2012 -- EXIT One Realty and Universal Lending - Bret Popish, in an exclusive partnership with Hero Home Source, a not for profit organization, is providing cash rewards for our Local and Military Heros.  The partnership provides a portion of commissions earned on real estate transactions as cash rebates to Veterans, Active duty and Reserve Military, Police Officers, Firefighters, EMT,s and School Teachers. 

The program is designed to reward those that contribute so much to our country and community by giving them rebates on real estate services. Upon the closing of a sale or purchase of a home the "Hero" is provided with a rebate equaling 25% of the listing or sales commission paid on the transaction.  In addition, they are eligible to receive a rebate or credit of one half of the loan origination fee when the loan is made through Bret Popish at Universal Lending, a Colorado Mortgage provider.  EXIT One Realty also makes a $150 contribution to a charity designated by the "Hero".
