Home Rescue Clinic coming January 19

Surprise, AZ (Grassroots Newswire) December 18, 2012 -- Avanelle Heagy, Broker at EXIT Realty Progressive Solutions, today announced the next Home Rescue Clinic for struggling homeowners to take place on January 19, 2013, running from  9AM until 1PM at the WEMAR offices on 91^st Avenue and Union Hills Avenue.

This clinic is the ONLY comprehensive one-stop workshop for struggling homeowners to actually get face to face with attorneys, realtors, title officers, and, more importantly, lending institutions. There will also be representatives of HUD on hand to assist homeowners with questions about their mortgages. This workshop will give any homeowner who attends a chance begin the loan modification process, or get started on a short sale right at the site!  Homeowners will be required to bring their current information to have representatives look over to help determine which process would be in the homeowners best interest.

The Arizona Foreclosure Task Force is spearheading the event, in conjunction with HUD, in order to help homeowners attempting to decide the best recourse on how to save their home, and possibly their credit.  This one-day workshop is co-sponsored by the Arizona Foreclosure Prevention Task Force, HUD, Starboard Financial, Security Title Company, and EXIT Realty Progressive Solutions. The event will run from 9AM until 1PM, and homeowners can drop in at any time during the event.  Previous clinics have drawn huge crowds, and this one could be the biggest event ever.
