The Office of the Month is selected by reviewing the total numeric count received based on the following criteria: new listings divided by the number of locations, 1 point per new hire, 3 points per new convention registration. All data is collected from EXIT’s proprietary software, MEMO, and at the end of each month the office with the highest point count is awarded with the title of “Office of the Month”
