Gary has been appointed to expand the department of commercial sales and leasing and ensure agents are well equipped for the specific needs of clients.

Gary is a seasoned and talented real estate broker who brings to the company 33 years of experience in residential and commercial sales/leasing market. He has listed and sold over $750 million in real estate. As a leader in the industry he has lent his expertise to companies and guided the many of them to their ”next level”. Due to his success and trustworthy business practices he has established an excellent reputation with clients and brokers alike.

Gary has worked with independent firms to the larger industry names such as Remax and Century 21. He started as a salesperson in Detroit, Michigan and opened his own brokerage soon after. He continued to develop his strengths and in the process trained and managed hundreds of agents. A move to New York allowed him to continue his progress in real estate. He has been a Managing Director of Operations and has experience in creating commercial divisions in companies to expand their clientele. Gary seeks to continue to be a leader in the commercial brokerage sales/leasing field and has teamed up with Exit Realty Landmark.
