Aaron Woodman, with $200 Million in Sales, to Mentor Agents

Chicago, IL (Grassroots Newswire) February 6, 2013 -- Aaron Woodman is proud to be joining EXIT Strategy Realty as the Director of Agent Growth and Development.

Aaron began his career in Real Estate while still attending high school, working summers for a large commercial and industrial brokerage. Before graduation, he had obtained his Real Estate license, started working for an EXIT Realty office in Sparta, Michigan and was selling single family homes; by the time of his enrollment at Michigan State University, he had closed fifteen transactions for a total of over a million dollars in sales. He continued his involvement in the local market through college, going on to sell over $200 million in Real Estate assets between over 800 transactions and six years of active selling, including $50 million in sales during his best year as a Grand Rapids Realtor ® (GRAR). Aaron then helped grow a Keller Williams Realty franchise from a handful of agents to a thriving office of 180 associates with over $500 million dollars in annual sales.

His Real Estate experience also extends into property management, having managed a portfolio of 1600 multi-family units. Part of his expertise lies in turning around underperforming assets and leading property management teams - one such project originally brought him to Chicago. He was assigned to a 303-unit building in Chicago’s Englewood neighborhood, taking a hands-on approach that involved both working and living in the building. He oversaw the transformation of the dilapidated building into a top apartment building in the neighborhood. In total, his ventures in property management and Real Estate sales account for over thirteen years of industry experience.

Aaron recently refocused his efforts on using his breadth of experience to act as consultant for a variety of Real Estate businesses, including individual residential brokers across the country, national property management firms, Real Estate technology start-ups and consumer-based listing sites. His innovative approach and understanding of Real Estate technology makes him highly sought after as both a lecturer and coach. His recent speaking engagements include lecturing to Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams agents on new agent development and best marketing practices, to Pace, FL Realtors® on marketing to military families and to multi-family associations on leasing technology; he has coached individual agents at Douglas Elliman, Koenig & Strey, @ Properties, Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams. After growing up in Grand Rapids in a family with seven siblings, Aaron Woodman received a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Michigan State University. Outside of his time in the real estate community, he enjoys devoting his time to his favorite organizations, including Big Love Little Hearts, whose mission is to fund heart surgeries for patients in third-world countries, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicago and the Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.
