EXIT Realty Office in Jonesboro Receives Top Award
EXIT Realty Center is Brokerage of the Year
Jonesboro, Arkansas (Grassroots Newswire) 05/20/2013 -- EXIT Realty Center of Jonesboro, Arkansas, was recently named as the 2012 Brokerage of the Year in the two-state region of Arkansas and Oklahoma for the second consecutive year. In addition, they also earned Top Brokerage awards in Listings and Closed Ends for 2012.“Brokerage of the Year is our highest honor given each year in the brokerage awards,” stated Laura Roussel, regional owner of EXIT Realty Arkansas and Oklahoma. “Is it based on numbers? Yes, but we also take into consideration many factors, including overall customer satisfaction, community interaction, participation in regional & national training events and commitment to excellence. EXIT Realty Center has consistently and quietly proven to be committed to providing the best to the community they serve and it shows, not only in the numbers, but in the respect they have garnered as a business in the Jonesboro area.”
EXIT Realty Center is owned by Robin Nix, Sr., who is also an Associate Broker, and his son, Judson Nix. However, Nix is very quick to credit his Principal Broker James (Andy) Anderson with much of the success of his real estate brokerage. “Andy is very self-less in his role as managing broker. He is committed to providing our agents with the tools and training they need and fosters a high-energy motivational atmosphere. The success of his agents is his success, and nothing makes him happier than to see his team succeed.”
On a local community level, for the past three years EXIT Realty Center has partnered with other area businesses as a major sponsor of “Souper Sunday,” a Habitat for Humanity fundraiser that raised approximately $8,000 this past year for the Jonesboro area Habitat organization. In addition, their agents have participated in several local Habitat builds, enjoying a hands-on approach to helping a deserving family have the home that they need.
On a broader level, EXIT International is also very involved with Habitat for Humanity. They are a corporate sponsor and a portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT International is applied to its charitable fund. To date, over $2.25 Million has been pledged to Habitat for Humanity and EXIT agents all over the U.S. and Canada have personally participated in area builds.
