REALTOR^® OF THE YEAR BY LAKES REGION BOARD OF REALTORS^®

Laconia, NH (Grassroots Newswire) June 17, 2013 -- Dave Liberatore has been selected as the REALTOR^® Of The Year by the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS^®.

Dave joined EXIT Lakeside Realty Group in January 2011 as Managing Broker of the Tilton Office.  He said he accepted Douglas Rollins, Owner of EXIT Lakeside Realty Group's invitation to join because of their continuing success in real estate and understood the local market.

Dave also likes the family atmosphere and work ethics EXIT Lakeside Realty Group has and knows he will be able to stay active in the community with Douglas's support.

Dave has over 22 years of experience while working for a competing brokerage in the area for most of that time.  Dave is a member of the Franklin Rotary and has served on many other local boards and volunteers on a regular basis.  His passion is playing Santa for schools and any organization looking for Santa's helper.

Dave was named REALTOR^® of the Year in 2007 also by the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS^® and has been a member of the board since 1992.  Dave is currently serving as President of the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS^® and Douglas as Secretary of the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS^®.

After making the announcement at the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS^® meeting in Wolfeboro on June 12^th, it was explained that the Board's judges made their selection after considering the records of the contenders for the honor.  The basis of judgment was the contribution of the REALTOR® to the betterment of community life, and his conduct of business reflecting the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS^®.

The Lakes Region Board of REALTORS^® plans to submit the name and record of the REALTOR^® Of The Year in the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS^® statewide competition for the state REALTOR^® Of The Year, where all Board ROTY's are recognized at the state convention in September.
