Throughout her college career while studying Electronics and venturing on to Electrical Engineering and Physics at U Mass Lowell, she opted for many elective courses in Printing Production Management, Business Ethics, Marketing and Advertising. In the 1990’s she began her own web development business at the time when many small businesses were just beginning to develop a web presence. “There is nothing more thrilling than successfully marketing your product; guiding people in a positive way toward what you are offering," says Kat. “Of the many diverse work experiences I’ve had, from telemarketing sales, to web publishing, to national contract negotiations, and customer service, I feel there is no career field that ties my various talents together like being a Real Estate Agent.
