Alicia Aviles & Tony Mattar Join EXIT Strategy Realty; James Zedec Earns SFR Designation

Office to Hold 1st Time Homebuyer Seminar November 5th

Chicago, IL (Grassroots Newswire) October 30th, 2013 --EXIT Strategy Realty Broker/Owner & CEO Nick Libert announced continued growth at its firm today.

Alicia Aviles has joined the firm with 10 years of industry experience, most recently at Hometown Real Estate.  She holds the COS, BPOR, and ADPR designations.  She has worked with short sales, property management, and traditional purchase/sale transactions.  Alicia is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Tony Mattar has also joined the firm as a new leasing agent.  Tony has a BS in Economics from Northwestern University where he was also a varsity swimmer, qualifying for the 2012 US Olympic Swimming trials in the 200 meter butterfly.  Tony will be working with both landlords and tenants throughout Chicago.
