Local REALTOR® Takes Home 20,000!

Hamilton , Montana (Grassroots Newswire) Feb 11, 2014 -- On Friday, Feb 7^th, EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley hosted its $20G Competition.  Over a period of time, EXIT Realty worked closely with its Sellers.  Any Buyers’ Agent who sold one of those properties earned one spot in the competition.  In the end, twenty Agents qualified. First American Title Company supervised the competition.  The Agents were sequestered in a room and, using only their knowledge and experience, were required to find the total recently ‘sold’ price of 10 properties that the Title Company had pulled from an outside county.  The Agents were given half an hour –or three minutes per property – to complete their calculation.  The Agent who came closest to the total sold price would go home with $20,000!

Max Coleman, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley, spoke of the challenge of holding the competition during the recession.  “I am very proud of the role EXIT Realty has played in trying to stimulate our market.” 

Agents and guests enjoyed beverages, appetizers and live music by Bad to the Bone while they waited for the results to be tallied.  And the winner is . . . . Coleman and Sherri Roberts, of First American Title Company present John Horton, Clearwater Properties, with a check for $20,000!!!
