EXIT Realty Martin &Associates Receives Regional Award

Guthrie, OK (Grassroots Newswire) 04/23/2014 --EXIT Realty Martin & Associates, with offices in Oklahoma City and Guthrie, Oklahoma, was recently awarded the Top Brokerage Award in Recruiting for 2013 in the two-state region of Arkansas and Oklahoma.

"This Recruiting award is one of four Top Brokerage awards awarded this year, and it’s the second year in a row for Broker/Owner Bo Martin and his team at EXIT Realty Martin & Associates to earn this award," stated Scott Roussel, regional owner of EXIT Realty Arkansas and Oklahoma. “They continue to do an excellent job of recruiting and retaining quality, committed real estate agents who are dedicated to teamwork and taking care of their clients.”

According to Roussel, when Martin and his wife, Krista, started the Guthrie office in 2009 it was just the two of them.  Five years later, they now have a total of twenty-two agents, as well as clerical staff, and two offices.  “They have established themselves as a top-notch, well-respected realty office in the Guthrie community, and the Oklahoma City office, which opened early in 2013, is well on its way to making its mark, as well,” stated Roussel.

In addition to the brokerage award, three of the four individual sponsoring awards given to real estate agents this year went to EXIT Realty Martin & Associates people:  Martin; his wife Krista, who also earned her real estate license this past year; and Anita Robinson of the Guthrie office, who was awarded the Rising Star award for 2012.
