Tom Blawn, franchise co-owner, announced it today at the Daytona office, with Wally Maroon. "With the merge of the two locations, EXIT Beach Realty will become the 7th largest brokerage in the greater Halifax area", says Tom.

Former franchise owner, Wally Maroon, will stay on with EXIT Beach Realty as an agent in the Daytona office. Known as the Condo King of Daytona, Wally said, "I will continue to serve the community's real estate needs. And I look forward to the huge growth this expansion will provide us!"
