The wait is over and with over 45,000 votes tallied, the winners were recently announced in the 209 Magazine "Best of 209" for 2015.

Among the winners covering the 209 area code region were EXIT Realty Consultants, for Best Real Estate Company, and EXIT Realty Consultants Realtor Renee Ledbetter for Best Real Estate Agent.

EXIT Realty Consultants is owned and operated by Turlock Broker Kris Klair. Klair opened his first office in Turlock in 2005. Since then, Klair has proceeded to open and operate offices in Ceres, Modesto and Manteca. He also owns an office in Fresno.

This is the first year for this competition as 209 Magazine recently celebrated its first publication anniversary. The 209 Magazine is composed in the Turlock Journal but a team of seven different newspapers work to put it together- Manteca Bulletin, Ripon Bulletin, Oakdale Leader, Riverbank News, Escalon Times, Turlock Journal and the Ceres Courier. This contest was open for voting for six weeks and all voting was done online at 209Magazine.com. The magazine has over five hundred contracted drop locations in the 209, inserted into all subscriber newspapers, as well as placed in the hotels, chambers and visitor bureaus. Out of 29 real estate companies, EXIT Realty Consultants was recognized and Renee Ledbetter was recognized out of 78 entries.
