Local Realtors Earn Advanced License

EXIT Beach Realty's Agents Prosper

Ormond Beach & Daytona Beach, FL (Grassroots Newswire) November 10, 2015 -- Justin Falb and Twyla Lewis of EXIT Beach Realty have both earned a real estate broker license. It is recognized nationwide as an advanced standard for real estate professional achievement.

To qualify to become a real estate broker you must first have held an active real estate sales associate license and complete 24 months of real estate experience during the 5 year period prior to becoming licensed as a broker. Next, you must successfully complete a 72-hour course approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission, submit the appropriate application and successfully complete the state examination.
