Daytona Beach, FL (Grassroots Newswire) 12/18/2015 -- In gratitude for the support shown to EXIT Beach Realty by the local community, the real estate brokerage recently collected Christmas gifts for the local Toys For Tots drive sponsored by the Marine Corps Reserve.

"We came up with a unique way to increase our toy volume," says Blawn. "This year we volunteered our Daytona office as a Toys for Tots collection center. When we saw that we were not collecting many toys, we added an incentive. On our staff Christmas Party invitation we noted a 'price of admission' - everyone had to donate a toy for entry to the party. That was a tremendous success. We are so proud."
