Ocean Pines, MD (Grassroots Newswire) 1/22/2016 -- EXIT Realty At The Beach celebrated their grand opening January 19th at 11002 Manklin Meadows Lane  #3 in Ocean Pines with a ribbon cutting, refreshments provided by Broker/Owner Bernie Flax and husband Don.

EXIT Realty opened their doors October 1st, 2015 as a local boutique style independent franchise focusing on the person, lifestyle, and total experience of their clients.
