Ashley Schaus became a real estate agent on February 18, 2016. She started shadowing with EXIT Realty Preferred in October 2015. She could not wait to start working with a company that is more like family than a business. Ashley has an Associate’s degree in Legal Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies. She also holds a Blackbaud Certified in The Raiser's Edge certificate. Ashley grew up outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Upon meeting her husband, they moved to Las Vegas, NV due to Army orders. As soon as the opportunity came to move to Fayetteville, NC, they took it without hesitation. Ashley loves the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg area. She enjoys traveling to other areas of North Carolina. Her love for the ocean and mountains is given to her in Fayetteville. Ashley is a member of Wounded Warrior Project, as a caregiver, Hearts of Valor and the Fayetteville Walk to End Alzheimer's association as co-leader to the volunteer committee. She is also in the process of obtaining her therapeutic yoga teacher training certificate. She believes yoga has corrected some of her personal issues and wants to help those with illnesses and wounded warriors. As an individual who thoroughly enjoys helping others, Ashley will always go above and beyond to help her clients. She looks forward to working with you soon!
