Ceres Chamber Names EXIT Realty “Business of the Year!”

Ceres, CA (Grassroots Newswire) February 3rd, 2016 -- The Ceres Chamber of Commerce, since 1969, has awarded elite members of the community that have served in an extraordinary way. This past Friday, January 29th, 2016- at the 47th Annual Community Service Awards & Installation Dinner hosted at the Ceres Community Center, the Chamber had yet another successful night of recognizing outstanding individuals in the local community.

Business of the Year was awarded by Jeff LeBeouf, President at ER Vine, a Petroleum Distribution Company servicing the Ceres, Modesto & Stockton communities. As Mr. LeBouf started describing the recipient, EXIT Realty Consultants, local Ceres Real Estate office with the top Realtors in Ceres, of this distinguished award, many quickly turned to Broker/ Owner Kris Klair, whom later stated, “I am absolutely humbled that the members of this great community recognize that we are here for the growth & success just as they are & we are truly vested here in Ceres.”

Since opening its doors in 2011, EXIT Realty Consultants has been extremely involved not only with real estate in Ceres and the surrounding areas. For the past three years, the EXIT Giving Tree program has provided over 250 Christmas gifts for children identified by the Ceres Partnership for Healthy Families.

EXIT Realty also holds an annual BBQ in October for Breast Cancer Awareness raising proceeds to benefit the Bill & Elsie Ahlem Cancer Foundation at Emmanuel Medical Center in Turlock.
