Kris Schneider Joins EXIT Realty in Columbia

Later that year, Kris decided to start her own company (Simply Contracts, LLC) which specializes in real estate transaction coordination. Simply Contracts, LLC has successfully closed over 200 transactions and counting. Kris also owns a blogging website called HowardCountyMoms.com boasting over 6,000 followers.
