Franklin, Tennessee (Grassroots Newswire) October 10, 2017 -- In gratitude for the support EXIT Realty The Mohr Group & Associates has shown to the local community; Stacy Strobl, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Southeast, has nominated Franchise Owner Monte Mohr for the Williamson County Non-Profit Hero award.

EXIT Realty The Mohr Group & Associates has worked with Feed America First, a faith-based 501(c)3 hunger relief organization committed to provide food to those in need, for several years now. The non-profit's executive director, Tom Henry, describes Monte as passionate about seeing the hungry get fed and very creative in looking for different ways to help Feed America First.

Monte and his wife, Connie, started a sales program where $100 per house sold through EXIT Realty The Mohr Group & Associates is given to Feed America First to invest in the community. He has also donated commercial air time on WSMV's Today in Nashville program to allow Feed America First to highlight their efforts and raise support.

Most recently, Monte brought Feed America First to Stacy's attention by  selecting them as the benefiting charity of the annual EXIT Smart Car Race.
