Local Real Estate Agent Promoted to Treasurer of LIBOR

Fresh Meadows, Queens (Grassroots Newswire) 10/25/2017 -- Nancy Mosca, Licensed Associate Broker with EXIT Realty First Choice, was recently promoted to Treasurer of LIBOR.  She is also a New York State Certified Real Estate Instructor and teaches for the Long Island Board of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors & the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council.  Nancy currently serves  as a Director for the New York State Association of Realtors & the National Association of Realtors.

Nancy actively serves on various committees on the local, state & national levels. With her experience as a Broker in the practice of real estate she adds a unique dimension to the courses she teaches such as the 75 Hr. Salespersons Course, 45 Hr. Brokers Course and several continuing education courses. Nancy has developed personalized training programs for various corporations and groups based on their individual needs.

A believer in REALTOR® Education, Nancy has earned the ABR, AHWD, BPOR, CBR, CIPS, CNE, EHO, e-PRO, GRI, ITI, MRP, PSA, RENE, SRS, SFR & SRES, Designations and Certifications.
