Hamilton, MT (Grassroots Newswire) October 18, 2017 -- Kim grew up in Texas spending her weekends on her Uncle’s Arabian Ranch prior to attending The University of Texas to obtain a degree in Radio, Television and Film.  She pursued her love of filmmaking and headed west to Los Angeles.  After 10 years of the hustle and bustle of the rat race, Kim and her husband moved to their favorite place in the “Old West”, Montana.  They made their home and are raising their children in the Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana.  This is when her interest for Real Estate combined with her passion for Montana evolved into a new career that she loves.

Kim has been very involved with her local community as a member of the Stevensville Park Board, past President of Stevensville Youth Soccer and member of the Bitterroot College initiative. She has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2007 and a member of the Bitterroot Board of Realtors and Missoula Organization of Realtors.  She was professionally trained by Cy Richard, Broker/Owner of The Ranch Brokers collaborating on numerous listings and sales of ranch and recreational properties.  Kim has a vast knowledge in many aspects of construction that she has learned from her husband who is a General Contractor.  Together they have made many happy clients with construction, remodels and renovations.
