Orange City, Florida (Grassroots Newswire) 11/10/17 -- EXIT Beach Realty SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Joanie McManus is co-hosting a free Seniors Seminar, “Right Sizing Not Down Sizing” with special guest Roslyn Smith, NASAM “A Family Friend for Seniors” (Senior Move Manager). This event will take place at the Community “Y” in Deland at 761 E. International Drive on Thursday, November 30th, 2017 from 9am – 10am.
This seminar will share tips and ideas on how to stay in the home you love by turning it into a “lifelong home” suitable for yourself and everyone in your household. Additionally, attendee’s will receive 10 tips for “Rightsizing” your home before choosing to “Downsize” your home. There will be refreshments and giveaways.
