Howell Silverman Joins EXIT Kingdom Realty to Head Commercial Division

Levittown, New York (Grassroots Newswire) December 5, 2017 -- EXIT Kingdom Realty welcomes Howell Silverman as the Director Commercial Division.

Howell has a wide range of experience in project development, leasing and sales of commercial property. He has served the Commercial Division of the Long Island Board of Realtors over the last 3 years holding the position of Vice President and is the current President. With EXIT Kingdom Realty he plans to be responsible for sales, partner outreach, education & training, electronic research and marketing and recruiting for the commercial division.

Howell began his real estate practice as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Salesperson in 2004 and is now an Associate Broker. He has Commercial Investment Real Estate Certified, Instructor Training Institute and Certified Real Estate Instructor designations. In addition to his duties leading LIBOR’s Commercial Division, he’s an active member of the Board of Directors at LIBOR and served on its Grievance Committee and will serve on the Ethics Committee in 2018. He’s an active builder of single family residential homes on Long Island. Howell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University, 1976. He lives in Syosset, NY with his wife of 37 years, a teacher, and has two married children who live in the area.
