Baltimore, MD (Grassroots Newswire) 01/22/2018 -- Real Estate Brokers of Baltimore - REBB - exists because African-Americans were, at the time, not allowed to join the Realtors organization.  This historic organization was formed to help organize and educate Real Estate professionals.  "We still have issues that we need to address as a race and a community." says Donnell Spivey. 

Providing education and training for real estate agents and brokers is a main focus, as well as educating the general public about the importance of home ownership.
