EXIT Real Estate Solutions Honors Top Producers

Hendersonville, TN (Grassroots Newswire) 2-1-18 -- EXIT Real Estate Solutions recently celebrated a record breaking year in sales by honoring their Top Producers for 2017 at an award banquet held at the Epic Center in Gallatin. The keynote address was given by EXIT Realty Corporate President Craig Witt and EXIT Southeast Regional Owner Stacy Strobl was on hand to help honor the agency’s top producers.

Based in Hendersonville with a focus on northern middle Tennessee counties, EXIT Real Estate Solutions had an increase in sales of over 30% percent over 2016 with a total volume sold in excess $167 million in 2017.

“We are so proud of our team,” said Broker Ed Andrews, who owns the Hendersonville EXIT franchise with his wife, Janie. “They set high goals for themselves, dedicated themselves to train to become better Realtors, and committed to providing the best service possible to their clients and the results were amazing.”

Leading the charge with over $10 million in homes sold was Justin Tucker, Aaron Dwyer and Janie Andrews. $5 Million producers were Randy Lawyer, Michael West, Rika Dorris, Cathy LaCroix, and Margaret Ann King.  Fourteen agents qualified for the Multi-Millions sold level including Courtney Johnson, Bobby Robinson, Austin Guillemet, Megan Robinson, Lindsay Smith, Brandon Schneider, Tracey Cannon, Kayla Kent, Jason Norton, Doug Drake, Tina Redding, Brian Blankenship, Terrah McCann, Melenna Edwards and Mike Walls.

Million Dollar producers included Brenda Neely, Cricket Hinton, Shanna Ames, Karen Walters, Lori Keller, Heidi Trout, David McClard, Morgan Byrd, Staci Gregory, Megan Dotson, Amy Fuqua, Ginger Farmer, Lisa Borchers, Angela Hillis, Samantha Freeman, Justin Parker, Rhonda Hannah, Jamie Spurling, Melissa Gregory, Christy Marlin, Bill Hinson, and Neal Harris.

Also honored were the Top Five in gross sales which included First Place, Justin Tucker; Second Place, Aaron Dwyer; Third Place, Randy Lawyer; Fourth Place, Michael West; and Fifth Place, Rika Dorris. Top three on the listing side were Dorris, Tucker and Dwyer. Top three on the buyer side were Tucker, Dwyer and West.

Rising Stars honored by the agency were, First Place, Austin Guillemet; Second Place, Lindsay Smith; and Third Place Courtney Johnson. Awarded the Team Player honors were Justin Tucker and Aaron Dwyer. Recognized for Above and Beyond honors were Randy Lawyer and Damar Noecker. Helping fuel the growth in 2017 were Mike Shulte, Regional VP of Growth and Development, Agents, Cameron Cook; and Aaron Dwyer.

Administrative Assistant Gail Washburn was recognized for her 10 years of service.
