Turlock, CA (Grassroots Newswire) March 22, 2018 -- EXIT Realty Corporate International hosted an Awards Banquet for the EXIT offices of Northern California at Los Positas Golf Club in Livermore, California. Among the Northern California offices, was the EXIT Realty Consultants team including Broker/Owner Kris Klair and all the agents ranging from Fresno to​ ​Tracy; with Turlock, Ceres, & both Modesto offices in between. After a powerful presentation from US President, Craig Witt, the team was moved by his words regarding this past year's achievements and a quick update on where the company is headed.

It was great to come together as a family and share in our accomplishments with the other EXIT offices in Northern California. Big thank you to our team for their hard work and dedication to our EXIT family!" says Kris Klair, Broker and Owner of the all seven EXIT Realty Consultants locations representing Turlock, Ceres, Modesto, Manteca, Tracy & Fresno.
Thereafter Annette Anthony, EXIT Realty's Vice President of Technology impressed the crowd with some of the new and innovative technology that EXIT Realty offers for not only their Realtors, but the consumers as well. Along with individual offices, many of the agents themselves from were ​recognized with some prestigious awards.

Among the top award recipients was the large "Diamond" award for both transaction count and then "Diamond" for the gross production, Alberto Mejia out of their North Modesto office, followed by Alberto Sanchez also out of Modesto for the "Platinum" award and finally Bal Dhesi from their Turlock office holding the "Gold" award for Gross Commission production.

Along with this, quite a few were recognized for the amount of real estate transactions in a year's time. Following Alberto Mejia, was Bal Dhesi and Clarissa Azevedo from Turlock holding the "Platinum" and then Karla Coronado and Jessie Wiggins for the "Gold" title out of their Modesto locations. President, Craig Witt also discussed the importance of growing the company as Broker / Owner Kris Klair awarded Operations Manager, Clarissa Azevedo with "Top Recruiter for sponsoring the most agents into their 'Residual Program'.

To wrap up the event, Klair thanked his family of agents and more importantly staff "who go above and beyond daily for the team of agents and clients", he says. To commemorate this, Klair awarded Linda Melissa Gaxiola the "Administrator of the Year" award as she was shocked when the entire room gave her a standing ovation to show her their appreciation.

All in all, the entire day was a success as it was filled with information, training and motivation while recognizing the agents that had surpassed their goals last year​ and looking to the future.​
