Heather was born and raised in Central Massachusetts and lived in Western Massachusetts for approximately 10 years before returning to Central Massachusetts. Heather has a Master's degree in Elementary Education and is certified as an elementary teacher, special education teacher, and special education administrator in Massachusetts. Heather has over 20 years of experience in the field of special education with 17 years in the public school system. Heather has extensive experience building relationships with families, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and writing Individualized Education Programs (IEP's) for students with disabilities. She has walked parents through the special education process, which can be extremely stressful and emotional for parents. She demonstrates strong interpersonal and organizational skills, empathy, flexibility, and attention to detail. These skills are not only necessary in the educational system, but are also necessary in facilitating a real estate transaction that is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
