Canton, TX (Grassroots Newswire) 3/5/18 --According to new consumer survey data from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), a majority of non-homeowners said they do want to own a home in the future and believe that home ownership is part of their American Dream. This data also found that non-homeowners' lifestyle changes and improvements regarding their financial situations vs. seeing an increase in the amount of their rent are more of a motivating factor when it comes to buying a home.

"Housing demand in 2018 will be fueled by more millennials finally deciding to marry and have kids and the expectations that solid job growth and the strengthening economy will push incomes higher." says Lawrence Yun, NAR chief economist.
