Apani Chavez Joins EXIT Realty Metro

Minneapolis, MN (Grassroots Newswire) 4.19.18 -- Apani Chavez has joined the team of EXIT Realty Metro.  An East St. Paul native, from a working class family, Apani realized her family never owned their own home.  That fact served as motivation when she and her husband Jose, started their own business.  With little, but entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to succeed, the two created a construction company and then a property management company.

Apani found she loves to help people. With multiple rental properties, she made a serious effort to establish strong relationships with her tenants.  She discovered a passion and personally worked with her tenants to help them become homeowners - homes that they could be proud of and call their own. 

Apani's clients, colleagues and tenants have come to know her for her tenacity, perseverance, honesty and most of all fairness.  They trust her and know she will put their best interests first.
