White Plains, MD (Grassroots Newswire) 04/03/2018 -- Michael Pheulpin received the 2017 Charles County Rookie of the Year Award at the Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS® Awards held at the Waldorf Jaycees. Michael was recognized for achieving the highest sales production for Charles County by a Rookie Agent, defined by their first full year in the business.
