Local Real Estate Broker Earns Prestigious International Awards
Glen Allen-area professional honored by EXIT Realty Corp. International
Glen Allen, VA – Marc Austin Highfill, Owner of EXIT First Realty (Richmond/Glen Allen), was recognized for outstanding sales achievements at EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Annual Convention held recently at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington, DC.
Highfill achieved Top Sales Volume in North America, topping thousands of real estate professionals across the U.S. and Canada. He received the Titanium Award for closing more than 150 transaction sides and was inducted into the Million Dollar Circle for closing more than one million dollars in gross commission. His sales team, “The Marc Austin Highfill Team”, was named the #3 top producing team across the U.S. and Canada for EXIT Realty. All awards were tabulated for the period July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.
“Marc is not only an office owner, but he continues to develop and improve in his role,” said Craig Witt, President of EXIT Realty Corp. International’s U.S. Division. “His leadership and dedication to his agents is evident in the tremendous production we see year over year. Highfill graduated from Freeman High School and Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in marketing and a concentration in real estate. In 1991 he was named Young Entrepreneur of The Year for the State of Virginia. He was a partner in a Richmond real estate firm from 1999 until he opened EXIT First Realty in 2006. Highfill earned his 5th degree black belt in karate and is an avid racquetball player. He is a native of the West End of Richmond where he lives with his three sons.
