Nick Leavy, owner of another EXIT Realty office on North Dakota, has purchase a majority interest in the Lakeville brokerage and assumes operational responsibility.

Spencer Pankonin, it's previous owner, says "Partnering up with Nick is a stellar move and will allow us to propel the growth of this brokerage."
