Jackson Metro Area Real Estate Market Overview

Jackson Metro Area, Mississippi 02/26/2019 -- According to the Central Mississippi, home sales in the Jackson Metro Area market were down last month. 

"What this means for home sellers is there is less inventory, but also fewer closings," said Tony Bahou, Broker/Owner of EXIT New Door Realty.  "And for homebuyers the median home price continues to rise to an all time high of $181,950."
