Kim Stickman Joins EXIT Success Realty

Martinsburg, West Virginia (3/14/18) -- EXIT Success Realty in Martinsburg recently announced the addition of Kim Stickman to its team of real estate professionals.

Kim always had an interest in joining the real estate industry, but never knew how to get started. When the opportunity to join opened through a builder, she eagerly took on the new endeavor.  Kim has been a licensed Realtor in West Virginia since 2016.

“I enjoy working for people and helping them find their dream home,” said Kim. “Putting a smile on my client’s face is the best feeling.”

Kim will be joining Team Platinum of EXIT Success Realty, a team within the office that is led by the broker, Howard Kronthal.

When asked why she decided to join EXIT, Kim answered, “I have worked with some wonderful agencies in the past but after meeting with Howard and his team, I knew this would be a great place to settle and grow my business. The biggest attraction was that they value you as a person and want to help you succeed.”

When Kim is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She loves hiking and walking the trails in Harpers Ferry, visiting local vineyards, listening to music, and cooking.

“Anytime I can be outdoors enjoying nice weather and a beautiful sunset is a plus,” Kim said.

 When asked what advice she would give to someone thinking about joining the real estate industry, Kim said, “Definitely put yourself out there. Go outside your comfort zone and once you do, you’ll realize it wasn’t so bad after all. Also, be sure to find a place where you can learn more and be comfortable with being yourself while you grow and succeed.”
