Regional Real Estate Awards Honor Local Professionals
Livermore, CA – EXIT Realty Corp. International honored local real estate professionals recently at its Regional Retreat and Award Ceremony held at the Clubhouse at Las Positas in Livermore. Members of the business community were invited to attend for an informative day including sessions covering business development and real estate industry trends.
The following real estate professionals and brokerages were recognized for their region-wide accomplishments in 2018:
Kris Klair, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Consultants with seven locations in the region was named Broker of the Year. Lisa Lewis from EXIT Realty Keystone with locations in Morgan Hill and San Jose was named Administrator of the Year.
EXIT Realty Consultants (Turlock) was named the #1 Office in Gross Commission Income, Listings Taken and Recruiting. Individual agents from this brokerage were also honored:
- Clarissa Azevedo - #2 Agent in Listings Taken, #3 Agent in Closed Transaction Sides and #4 Agent in Gross Commission Income
- Maria Lomeli - #3 Agent in Gross Commission Income and #2 Agent in Closed Transaction Sides
- Bal Dhesi - #4 Agent in Listings Taken
EXIT Realty Consultants (Ceres) was named the #2 Office in Listings Taken and #3 Office in Recruiting. Jessie Wiggins from this brokerage was named the #4 Agent in Closed Transaction Sides.
EXIT Realty Consultants (Manteca) was named the #3 Office in Gross Commission Income.
Shaly Dhanjal from EXIT Realty Consultants (Tracy) was named the #1 Agent in Gross Commission Income, #1 Agent in Closed Transaction Sides (tied) and the #3 Agent in Listings Taken.
Alberto Sanchez from EXIT Realty Consultants (Modesto) was named the #1 Agent in Listings Taken.
