Regional Real Estate Awards Honor Local Professionals

Laredo, TX – EXIT Realty Corp. International honored local real estate professionals recently at its Central Texas Regional Retreat and Award Ceremony. Members of the business community were invited to attend for an informative day including sessions covering business development and real estate industry trends.

The following central Texas real estate professionals and brokerages where recognized for their region-wide accomplishments in 2018:

EXIT Realty Laredo was named the #1 Office in Gross Commission Income. Individual agents from this brokerage were also honored:

• Vicky Pineda was named #1 agent in Gross Commission Income, Closed Transaction Sides and Listings Taken
• Noemi Gonzalez was named #2 agent in Listings Taken
• Gaby Flores was named #3 agent in Gross Commission Income. Flores was also tied with Greg Mayers as #3 agent in Listings Taken

Yamilet Berlingeri from EXIT Homevets Realty in Killeen was named Administrator of the Year. Individual agents from this brokerage were also honoured:

• Tricia Andrew-Daley was named #2 agent in Gross Commission Income and Closed Transaction Sides
• Rose Scott was named #3 agent in Closed Transaction Sides
• Rick Rodriguez was named #4 agent in Gross Commission Income
• Billy Romero was named #4 agent in Closed Transaction Sides
