Nashville EXIT Realty Office Gives Back to Music City with Matching Funds to MUSICARES

Nashville, Tennessee (Grassroots Newswire) April 5, 2021 --EXIT Realty in the Music City banded together with Tif & Lee Turner for a virtual concert in support of the Recording Academy’s  MUSICARES program.  With matching funds from EXIT realty Corp. International, over $7200 was raised to assist musicians in need.

“Too many musicians were silenced during the Covid 19 pandemic. As a life long resident of the Music City, we welcome the opportunity to give back to the people that make this city sing,” says Kel Williams, owner of EXIT REALTY ELITE, located in The Gulch in Nashville.

Joining the effort were musicians Lee Turner & Tiffany Turner at a socially-distanced live concert & virtual fundraiser broadcast from the Sambuca Lounge over the Christmas holidays.  Tiffany Turner, a regular performer at Sambuca before the pandemic, did a wildly successfully job of encouraging donations by pulling upon her ongoing support of local charities including Soles4Soles.  Lee Turner (Tif’s husband) plays keys, acoustic guitar, and is back-up singer and tours with Darius Rucker. Williams and EXIT Realty Elite agents were on hand to promote the fundraiser online.

MUSICARES provides a safety net of critical assistance for music people in times of need. MusiCares' COVID Relief efforts are ongoing at a pace three times the normal annual aid output.  MusiCares supports all genres and professions, including artists, musicians, production crews, technicians, business teams and anyone impacted by the loss of income due to live music event cancellations.
